Gorgeously composed piece. The contrast of shadows on the statue and on Aragorn's back are particularly important to differentiate all the layers you've built up with the background, I really like that element.
Slight critique would be that the tray upon which Narsil is sitting looks warped because you've got that crease in the center. Taking out or redirecting the shading there would make the tray / slab look more solid. Unless it's that way on your reference piece, then ignore me.
The springing / capstone of the lefthand column also appears smaller than the one on the right, even considering it's in perspective. It also starts slightly lower down, so the arch, even though it's out of view, feels a bit off balance.
Your LOTR works are so charming, all things considered!
